Made using free range and free roaming ex breeding sows. Inspired by a Jambon de Bayonne, our Ham is lightly spiced with wild fennel and green peppercorns, with the subtle flavours really allowing the buttery fat tone to shine through. Aged for a minimum of six months on the Sussex coastline, this enables our ham to create its own unique flora moulds that compliment the balanced ratio of meat and fat offering a truly unique product.'

55g approx - sliced pack.

Two month shelf life unopened. To be consumed within five days of opening. Best served at room temp.
