My box has arrived damaged, what do I do?
In the instance that your box arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at: hello@thecheesylivingco.co.uk - We pack all our boxes ourselves so rest assured that this will be a rare occurrence and we will do everything we can to solve the problem.
What if I have an allergy?
Do you cater for allergens in your restaurants?
Our kitchens are small, so we cannot guarantee against cross contamination, but we will always do our best. We recommend leaving notes when booking if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Do you offer Gluten Free options?
Fondue; It is possible for us to swap the regular bread to a GF alternative with our fondue, everything else is gluten free.
Sandwiches; we have GF ciabatta rolls available for all of our sandwiches as well!
Sharing Boards; GF crackers are also available for our ‘build your own’ sharing boards.
Please Note; although we have many times in the past catered for GF visitors, our kitchen is extremely small so there is always a small risk of cross-contamination if a guest is Celiac - Although we do take great care, we can’t 100% guarantee safety with the small space we’re working in.
Are you Dog Friendly?
Oakwood is very dog friendly! Unfortunately, The Corn Exchange has a guide dog only policy (but you can sometimes sneak them in).
Can I book for large party, say 10 or more people?
In Oakwood, our downstairs room has the capacity to seat larger group bookings of up-to 35 guests comfortably! You can enquire about availability to the below email - just include your preferred dates / times, any special requests & the number of guests; hello@thecheesylivingco.co.uk
We also have a ‘set menu’ booking option to help take the stress out of organising your event or special occasion!
